2010 began an exciting transition of Journagan Ranch and Missouri State University. In February Leo and the Journagan family gave Missouri State the second largest single gift in the University's history. The intention of the gift was to insure the land and purebred Hereford operation would stay together long into the future. We will continue to focus on our commitment to providing the Beef industry the best in Hereford genetics. Our new goal will be to provide a natural class room that gives and advantage to the students and to experience real life situations. This gift will allow Missouri State to best educate our future agriculture leaders.
